Weekly  Opportunities for  Serving

Care Packages

Provide a package of needed Household Paper Items such as paper towels, tissue, paper plates, all bath room items,etc.

Fundraisers

Help us receive contributions. Plan an event or take collections in your family, place of business, or church.  All donations are tax-deductible.

Meal Delivery

Plan a healthy meal or meals for a day and deliver them to us or one of our single parent families in need.

Transportation

Transport children to and/or from appointments, school, or other events.

Lil’ Mighty Men’s Mentors

Outings and Life Lessons with the boys ages 5-10.

Application, References, and Background check required. 

Story Time / Bible Lessons

Create a fun story time revolving around the bible and life lessons.  You can do a craft or snack or whatever is on your heart to go along with the lesson. Ages 3- 12.

Lovely Lil’ Ladies Mentors

Outings and Life Lessons for Little Ladies ages 5-10.

Application, References, and Background check required. 

Activities & Outings

Field Trips, Group Outings with Families, or just come and pick the children up and take them out!

You plan and coordinate the event.

Event Speaker

Be a special speaker at an event.

Volunteer Coordinator

We need someone who can get us regular volunteers in all of the areas listed here. All Volunteers undergo application and background checks.

Teaching Crafts & Skills

Have an interesting and special skill that would be fun for the kids to learn.  Come and teach them.  It can be a one time or weekly event.

Single Mom’s Life Coaches

Single Moms have a very difficult task. Being someone they can talk to and pray with is a wonderful way to fulfill James 1:27.  Some young mothers just need better understanding of how to parent and care for their homes.

Music Lessons

Teach the children how to play specific instruments, read music, or teach them the history of music and instruments.  You could just come and give a demonstration and speak about your instrument as well or we can come to you.

Teen Life Coaches

Pre-teens and teens need extra help understanding about proper care of themselves, how to handle money, what it means to be a responsible adult, driving lessons, etc.  If you would like to volunteer in this are please send us an email.  They also like to have a good time while learning! Application, References, and Background check required.

Tutoring

All Elementary and Middle

School Grades and Subjects.  You can teach a lesson or meet with a student on a regular basis.

Home Repairs

Our current home needs minor - major repairs, regular maintenance, as well as do some of the single parent families homes. For further details on how your family or group might help, please contact us.

Respite Care Provider

 Application, References, and Background check required. 

At times we need to take some time of of caring for everyone else and need respite for the children. This might be a day event, overnight, or care for a few days.

Auto Repairs

Passenger Van in need of a good many repairs.  Also help out our single moms when needed.

Intercessors

Very important role you can play.  Intercede on our behalf, send words of encouragement, be the lifter of our arms.  Come pray with us and bless the children or do it in a phone call.

Yard Work

All kinds of landscaping needed from mowing grass, trimming bushes, and planting flowers to pulling weeds, trimming trims, replacing bad wood and replacing mulch. 

Material Donations

Materials for all areas of repair and yard care always needed as well as for our mission trips. Household supplies and materials always listed in the current and on going needs section.
